Job description

Zelh is a fast-growing, passionate outsourcing company.

Our mission is to be the most reliable company by offering and maintaining consistently high-quality services.

We achieve the mission by fostering long-term relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Personal attention, timely communication, and respect for all people are the basis of our business philosophy!

We’re looking for a UX/UI-driven website redesign that helps us attract and convert more high-quality B2B leads. The main objective is to improve form conversions via the Contact Us page, with leads integrated directly into HubSpot and our CRM.

The project includes a full evaluation of the current front-end experience and the delivery of clear, conversion-oriented recommendations that enhance trust, clarity, and user journey flow.

Special attention will be given to the About Us and Contact Us pages as key decision-making touchpoints, while also ensuring the overall website experience is cohesive, intuitive, and optimized for lead generation.

Objectives
• Improve usability, clarity, and visual hierarchy across the site
• Increase confidence and trust with prospective brand partners
• Drive higher quality form submissions through improved flow and presentation
• Ensure designs align with WordPress and HubSpot form constraints
• Elevate brand credibility through leadership, scale, and retail validation

This project is expected to span assessment, structure, visual direction, and implementation leadership. The contractor should be capable of carrying work from strategy through execution, either by implementing directly in WordPress or by leading implementation with development support.

1. UXUI Audit (Front End Assessment)
The contractor will assess the experience, including: - Visual hierarchy and readability - Navigation and page flow - Conversion friction points - CTA placement and effectiveness - Mobile responsiveness considerations - Consistency of brand and messaging
Deliverable: - Brief UXUI audit summary with key issues, opportunities, and prioritized recommendations

2. Page Structure, Skeletons, and Visual Mockups
The contractor will develop structural and visual direction for the About Us and Contact Us pages prior to build.
Requirements: - Low fidelity wireframes or skeleton layouts to define structure and flow - Iteration based on feedback - Mid to high fidelity visual mockups once structure is approved - Designs must reflect realistic WordPress and HubSpot form constraints - Emphasis on hierarchy, clarity, spacing, and conversion cues over decorative design
Deliverables: - Wireframes or skeleton layouts - Visual mockups suitable for implementation handoff

3. About Us Page Redesign Recommendations
The About Us page should evolve from informational to persuasive, clearly communicating who Reliance Vitamin is, why we exist, and why brands should trust us.
Key Requirements:
A. Mission and Vision - Introduce a clear, modern Mission and Vision section - Visually elevated but concise - Positioned high on the page to anchor brand purpose
B. Senior Leadership Team Section - Feature Senior Leadership Team prominently - Include name, title, and brief prior experience highlights (previous companies, industries, or retailers) - Visual inspiration can follow competitor examples with clean headshots and structured layout - Goal is to signal experience, scale, and industry credibility
C. Retail Distribution Logos - Include logos of major retailers where clients have distribution (for example Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, CVS, Walgreens, Sam’s Club) - Presented as social proof - Clean, balanced grid or band that reinforces scale without clutter
D. Overall Flow Guidance Recommended flow (not prescriptive, but directional): 1. Page intro with value statement 2. Mission and Vision 3. Senior Leadership Team 4. Retail distribution logos 5. Supporting proof points or brief closing CTA directing to Contact Us
Deliverables: - Wireframe or annotated layout recommendations - Visual hierarchy guidance - Content structure recommendations (no copywriting required unless specified)

4. Contact Us Page Redesign Recommendations
The Contact Us page is the primary conversion point and currently lacks strong visual flow. The form must remain, but the experience should feel easier, clearer, and more intentional.
Key Requirements: - Retain HubSpot connected form - Retain a Referrals section – Retain a FAQs section – Retain the address and phone information
Focus Areas: - Improve visual organization and scanning - Reduce perceived effort to submit the form - Stronger headline and reassurance messaging near the form - Clear separation of sections without overwhelming the user - Logical reading and scrolling flow
Considerations: - Form placement and framing - Use of white space and sectioning - Optional secondary CTAs that do not compete with form submission - Mobile first usability
Deliverables: - UX flow recommendations - Wireframe or layout concepts - Visual presentation guidance for form and supporting content

5. Implementation Leadership
The contractor is expected to lead implementation through completion.
Expectations: - Implement approved designs directly in WordPress or collaborate closely with development resources - Translate mockups into WordPress friendly components - Maintain HubSpot form functionality and CRM integration - Ensure responsiveness across devices - Conduct QA focused on usability, flow, and conversion clarity - Support light post-launch refinements if required
