Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tracking & Tracing Specialist to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with carriers and clients. This role plays a key part in delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and trace domestic and international shipments in real time

  • Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure timely and secure deliveries

  • Identify delays, exceptions, or potential disruptions and escalate appropriately

  • Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems

  • Provide shipment status updates to internal teams and customers

  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client-specific requirements

  • Analyze tracking data to identify trends or recurring issues

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule: Mon-Fri 1430-2330 CST /Belgrade Time: 21:30 – 06:30

  • Remote mode of work

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service (1+ year preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Good computer skills; experience with TMS/WMS systems is a plus

  • English proficiency (intermediate or higher, depending on client region)
