Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Specialist with logistics experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and resolving any transportation-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
Identify and resolve transportation delays or issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns as needed.
Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics.
Assist in optimizing routing and delivery efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries.
Working conditions:
Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Job requirements
Strong knowledge of logistics tracking systems and software.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
Experience working with freight carriers, 3PLs, or transportation management systems (TMS).
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations.
