Track & Trace Operator

The Track & Trace Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing the tracking and tracing of products throughout the supply chain. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely reporting, and maintains compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor tracking systems to ensure visibility of products throughout the supply chain

2. Process and validate tracking data for accuracy and completeness

3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in tracking information

4. Generate and analyze tracking reports for management and stakeholders

5. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure seamless product tracking

6. Update tracking systems with real-time information

7. Maintain detailed documentation of all tracking activities

8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

9. Identify opportunities for process improvement in tracking procedures

10. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding product location and status

Working conditions:

• Working schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (Monday - Friday)

• Remote mode of work

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management

• Proficiency in tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with barcode systems and RFID technology is a plus

• Data entry accuracy and efficiency

• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

• Basic understanding of US logistics

• Strong computer literacy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
