We are looking for a System Administrator to manage our office with technical support.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): adding users, assigning roles, enabling MFA, managing groups

  • Enrolling and supporting devices via Microsoft Intune (MDM)

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting workstations (Windows/macOS)

  • Daily user support: IT troubleshooting, access setup, software installation, password resets

  • Executing basic PowerShell / Bash scripts for automation

  • Participating in onboarding/offboarding: account setup, device handover

  • Maintaining IT asset inventory

  • Applying internal IT/security policies, escalating complex security tasks when needed

  • Writing and updating internal documentation and support instructions

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a system administration or technical support role

  • Experience managing users/groups in Microsoft Entra ID

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and device management concepts

  • Basic understanding of networking principles: IP addressing, DNS, VPN, DHCP

  • Scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash) — basic to moderate level

  • Familiarity with backup routines, endpoint protection basics

  • Intermediate level of English (technical reading, simple communication) 

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of Azure RBAC, Defender, Conditional Access

  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Zabbix or Azure Monitor

Working conditions:
