Our mission is to be the most reliable company by offering and maintaining consistently high-quality services.
We achieve the mission by fostering long-term relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Personal attention, timely communication, and respect for all people are the basis of our business philosophy!
At this point, Zelh is looking for a Shipper BDR for one of our clients.
Company Client is on a mission to decarbonize logistics, and we’re looking for a passionate Shipper BDR to help lead the change in transforming the freight industry by building the infrastructure and technology to make electric freight scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Deal Execution: Own the full sales cycle—targeting, outreach, solution design, closing, launch, and scale—with a land-and-expand mindset
Category Leadership: Win marquee enterprise customers, enabling Nevoya’s leadership position in electric freight
Strategic Relationship Building: Develop deep executive relationships with shippers and leading 3PLs, influencing RFP criteria to align with sustainability and automation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with transportation, operations, and technology teams to deliver solutions that drive economies of scale
Insight to Impact: Bring back customer insights that shape operational strategy, product development, and competitive positioning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in closing large-scale enterprise logistics or supply chain deals
Demonstrated ability to educate, reframe, and challenge customers—more solutions engineer than order taker
Deep understanding of freight network design, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
Trusted network in logistics and freight transportation
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and mission-driven
What Success Looks Like:
Net new revenue from enterprise logos
Account expansion velocity and share of wallet
Elevated positioning of Nevoya in the market
A scalable, high-performance sales organization
Job requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the U.S. logistics, freight, or supply chain industry
Proven experience selling to shippers and/or 3PLs in the U.S. market with a deep understanding of regional shipping trends, regulatory landscape, and procurement cycles
Established book of business with active relationships across enterprise shippers, carriers, or logistics providers
Strong track record of navigating complex deal cycles from prospecting to closing, including RFPs and multi-stakeholder negotiations
Exceptional ability to build long-term client relationships and become a trusted partner
Solid knowledge of freight pricing models, network optimization, and market dynamics within U.S. domestic logistics
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and pipeline management platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid U.S.-based setting, while maintaining strong internal collaboration
