Our client is a trusted leader in logistics and transportation solutions. As he continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Settlements Specialist to join his team.

The Settlements Specialist will be responsible for processing driver settlements, verifying payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of percentages, math skills, and attention to detail when reviewing paperwork and entering data.

Key Responsibilities:

-Process and verify driver settlements with accuracy.

-Review and audit settlement paperwork for discrepancies.

-Perform data entry to ensure proper payment calculations.

-Communicate with internal teams to resolve any settlement-related issues.

-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Utilize McLeod software (preferred) or other transportation management systems to manage settlements.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in settlements, payroll, or financial processing.

-Strong math and percentage calculation skills.

-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

-Experience with McLeod software (preferred).

-Willingness to shadow the team for the first few weeks (8 AM – 5 PM CT) to learn company processes.
