At this point, Zelh is looking for a Sales Representative, for one of our clients. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base. Your focus will depend on fleet size:

  • Fleets with 15+ Trucks – Act as a BDR, securing appointments from inbound leads and passing them to senior sales reps.

  • Fleets with <15 Trucks – Take full ownership of the sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and qualify potential customers.

  • Prospect for smaller fleets and create new opportunities.

  • Conduct product demos and explain the value of our Carrier TMS.

  • Close deals and contribute to monthly revenue goals.

  • Work closely with senior sales reps on larger opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline progress.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics sales on the US market.

  • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management software

    and other relevant software.

  • Experience in the US logistics, transportation, or SaaS sales is a MUST.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and outreach.

  • Ability to adapt and grow into higher segments based on performance.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Work schedule: 8 am - 5 pm Central Time
