At this point, Zelh is looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Development Manager to join the team of one our clients. 


Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Manager with a background in software sales, ideally within the healthcare industry. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to navigate various channels for outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prioritize companies and individuals that align with our Ideal Client Profile through thorough research on platforms such as LinkedIn and other industry-specific resources.
  2. Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and strategic LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations and establish relationships with potential clients.
  3. Schedule and set up meetings (demos) with prospective customers to understand their needs and determine if our company’s product can effectively solve their problems.
  4. Utilize high-power scheduling software, such as ABA, to efficiently manage and book meetings with potential clients, aiming to set up 15-25 meetings per month for the Account Executives.
  5. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion into sales opportunities.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to tailor outreach strategies and messaging effectively.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system to track progress and performance metrics.

    Work week schedule: Monday-Friday - 15:00 – 00:00 (Kyiv time)

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in software development sales (healthcare domain will be a plus).
  • Advanced English level. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or business development roles, preferably within the software sales domain.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and understanding of its unique challenges and dynamics (bonus).
  • Strong proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Experience using CRM software for lead management and tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
