We are seeking a Sales Account Executive – North America to drive commercial growth across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico by selling a SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) to shippers, 3PLs, and enterprise customers.

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development and deal closure. You will take a consultative, value-driven approach, helping customers modernize their transportation and supply chain operations through technology-enabled solutions.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and consulting teams to deliver tailored TMS solutions, clearly articulate ROI, and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline. Building long-term customer relationships and understanding customer business challenges will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing

  • Sell SaaS TMS solutions to shippers, 3PLs, and enterprise-level customers

  • Identify customer needs and position solutions that deliver measurable business value

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across North America

Job requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions

  • Experience or familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote role with a high level of autonomy
