Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing uploaded images and documents submitted by onsite staff and vendors, verifying the accuracy and completeness of information, identifying and escalating issues when necessary, resolving discrepancies, and importing data into our systems. Your keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills will ensure the quality and consistency of our documentation and data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify uploaded pictures and documents for accuracy and compliance

  • Cross-check information against project requirements and internal standards

  • Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or resolution

  • Resolve documentation conflicts and discrepancies

  • Import and manage accurate data within internal systems

  • Collaborate with team members via communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams)

  • Maintain detailed records of reviews, decisions, and resolutions

  • Support continuous improvement of quality control processes

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and image viewing tools

  • Experience using communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required):

  • Background in data entry, customer support, logistics, or document management

  • Prior experience in a quality control or administrative support role

Working conditions:

  • Work schedule: Mon-Frid, 8:00- 5:00 European
