We’re seeking a solution-oriented and organized Project Manager who can operate as a “traffic controller” for field operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and communication. As a leader, you’ll play a critical role in leading large-scale logistics and technology installation projects — both in facilities and fleet vehicles — across the U.S. You will coordinate and support field technicians, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and scheduling for 10–20 field technicians.

  • Overseeing office and in-vehicle technology installation projects (5,000–10,000 units).

  • Acting as the key escalation point between technicians, customer support, and clients.

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules within deadlines and budgets.

  • Communicating proactively with clients, providing updates, reports, and resolutions.

  • Defining and improving internal escalation and issue-tracking workflows.

  • Supporting the future integration of app-based issue reporting systems.

  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and ensuring Velogic data accuracy.

  • Assisting with billing and reporting for service agreements and time & materials services.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience (preferably in logistics or tech installations).

  • Proven experience in logistics, particularly in trucking, support, or sales on the US logistics market.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage schedules and large-scale deployments.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with conflict resolution and priority management.

  • Salesforce or CRM experience strongly preferred.

  • Post-secondary education preferred.

  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP) are a plus.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and workflow systems.
