We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Hands-On, Growth & Demand Focused) to plan, execute, and continuously improve the company’s marketing activities. This role is responsible for shaping a practical marketing strategy, supporting lead generation and sales objectives, managing brand visibility, and promoting the company’s services across digital, paid, and public-facing channels.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership to translate business objectives into structured marketing initiatives and measurable outcomes. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports. As the company grows, consistent performance in this role may lead to broader responsibility and the development of a dedicated marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Direction
Develop and implement a practical, results-oriented inbound and outbound marketing strategy aligned with company goals
Develop and apply STP to support service marketing, lead generation, and brand visibility
Define priorities across channels, campaigns, and service offerings
Review performance data and adjust strategy in response to market and business needs
Lead Generation Assistance, Sales Support, and Service Marketing (working closely with the Sales team)
Market the company’s services clearly and effectively to target audiences
Align marketing efforts with sales priorities, pipelines, and conversion goals
Plan and optimize campaigns that generate qualified inquiries and support service adoption
Track lead sources, conversion rates, and marketing contribution to revenue
Paid Advertising and Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising initiatives (social ads, search, sponsored content)
Optimize campaigns based on performance, budget efficiency, and lead quality
Coordinate creative, messaging, and targeting to support sales and service goals
Public Relations and External Visibility
Support public relations initiatives, including company announcements, thought leadership, and external communications
Work with internal design team to ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Ensure consistent messaging across PR, marketing, and brand communications
Social Media and Brand Execution
Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Threads
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and engagement to inform content and positioning
Content, Performance, and Reporting
Execute marketing content and campaigns across social, website, email, and paid channels
Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness
Prepare clear performance summaries and recommendations for leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and HR to ensure aligned messaging and priorities
Contribute to internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Expectations

Qualifications:
Required
At least 5 years of experience in digital, growth, or demand-focused marketing roles
Demonstrated experience executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels
Practical knowledge of content, social media, paid campaigns, and performance analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred
Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR-related industries
Exposure to B2B or service-based marketing
Familiarity with employer branding, service marketing, or PR activities

Working mode – remote/hybrid (Location is not important for this position)
