Logistics Sourcer

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Logistics Sourcer to support our Client Recruitment Team by identifying and sourcing potential agents and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates for agent and broker positions within the logistics industry.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to proactively search for and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and messaging to gauge interest and schedule calls with the recruiting team.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate details.

Requirements:

• Logistics Experience: Knowledge of the logistics industry is essential to identify and engage the right candidates.
• LinkedIn Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, with the ability to find and connect with potential candidates.
• Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills to craft compelling messages and engage candidates professionally.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the recruitment team’s goals.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s sourcing strategies and tools.
