    At this point, Zelh is looking for a Load Coverage Specialist for one of our clients.

    Load Coverage Specialist will ensure that all customer shipments are covered within the company’s quality standards. This role combines customer service, data entry, and support for our “Special Projects” division. The main goal is to support our business and assist the team in maintaining smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Book and tender loads across the Special Projects division, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all shipments.

    • Build and manage loads in the system, maintaining precise shipment data and compliance with customer and carrier requirements.

    • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to secure capacity for International, MX, and Auto shipments.

    • Monitor active loads, track shipment status, and proactively address any service issues or delays.

    • Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service performance.

    • Support daily operations by filling workflow gaps as needed, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

    • Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure seamless load coverage and customer satisfaction.

    Job requirements

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with carriers, internal teams, and customers over the phone and via email.

    • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and logistics procedures

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Experience with McLeod or similar transportation management systems.

    • 1-2 years' proven experience working in a US brokerage company in a logistics-related role (Load Coverage, Carrier Sales, etc).

    • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Professional communication skills in English.

    • Flexible, adaptive, and willing to assist across various tasks as needed.

    Working conditions:

    • Working schedule: Mon - Fri 07:30 am - 4:30 pm CST
