At this point, Zelh is looking for a Load Coverage Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced US logistics brokerage environment. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to handle inbound calls, monitor shipment statuses, and ensure seamless coordination between carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Management:

  • Answer 60-80+ inbound calls daily from carriers and customers with a friendly and can-do attitude.

  • Provide prompt assistance to book loads and address inquiries.

• Shipment Status Updates:

  • Accurately update and document shipment statuses in internal systems.

  • Communicate escalations to the appropriate parties promptly and effectively.

• Carrier Coordination:

  • Contact carriers to gather time-sensitive information and ensure internal systems are updated correctly.

  • Proactively resolve carrier-related issues to maintain smooth load operations.

• Email Queue Monitoring:

  • Monitor team email queues and respond promptly to requests using professional communication skills.

  • Ensure all email requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

• Problem-Solving and Communication:

  • Identify and communicate issues proactively to relevant parties to ensure quick resolution.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain service quality.

• 1-2 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics coordination on the US market.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with McLeod Power Broker is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Working conditions:
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5pm EST
