We are looking for an IT Specialist to provide our office with technical support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;

  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees;

  • Efficiently plan, install, configure, and optimize your IT infrastructure to achieve high availability and performance;

  • Working closely with the team of system administrators to solve technical problems;

  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the network of both internal and office networks;

  • Support for internal infrastructure;

  • Accounting for the software and hardware available to the client and managing the operation of the hardware through the remote access platform;

  • Ensuring regular monitoring and updating of physical and virtual infrastructure;

  • Monitoring and control of the system for tracking equipment errors and version updates: rights management, branch management and other elements through the platform for remote access to equipment; (Datto platform)

  • Implementation of current technical issues according to the system task tracking;

  • Setting up the operation of the remote access platform to the equipment for the specified criteria of each client;

  • In the future, work with the database on all technical issues.

Job requirements

  • 6+ months of experience as HelpDesk specialist;

  • Will be a + Good knowledge of Mikrotik ROS;

  • Routing, bridging, VLAN, Firewall;

  • Experience with Office365, Exchange, SharePoint;

  • Working knowledge of monitoring system like Zabbix will be a plus;

  • Experience with deployment and administration of Linux, Mac OS, Windows;

  • Proficiency network protocols;

  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networking;

  • Knowledge of English is mandatory at the level of not less than Intermediate. This implies a good reading and grammar of the English language. Sometimes communication with customers to solve certain problems.
