Job requirements

Responsibilities:

People support:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;

  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans;

  • Assist in performance management processes;

  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries

  • Hold engagement surveys and performance appraisal process for the ASMs;

  • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management;

  • Provide quick response to complaints, issues from managers, clients, AMSs providing immediate fix;

  • Promote a positive workplace culture;

  • Administer terminations process;

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;

  • Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover and employee satisfaction;

  • Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs;

Compliance and Reporting administration:

  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;

  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures;

  • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues;

  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements;

  • Assist in customizing of HR procedures and policies, and ensure they are followed by employees and the clients;

Payroll administration:

  • Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

  • Maintain payroll records and manage payroll-related inquiries;

  • Monitor timekeeping systems and resolve discrepancies;

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in HR or related roles;

  • English Level – upper-intermediate or higher;

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices;

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Working conditions:

  • Working hours: flexible, preferable 1 pm – 10 pm (Kyiv time);

  • Working mode – hybrid (2 days per week in the Lviv office)

  • 15 days of PRO, 20 - after 2 years, 7 days of National Holidays and 3 sick leaves

  • English classes

  • Paid taxi after 10 PM
