Job requirements
Responsibilities:
People support:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
Create and implement effective onboarding plans;
Assist in performance management processes;
Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries
Hold engagement surveys and performance appraisal process for the ASMs;
Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management;
Provide quick response to complaints, issues from managers, clients, AMSs providing immediate fix;
Promote a positive workplace culture;
Administer terminations process;
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover and employee satisfaction;
Assist in administering employee benefits and compensation programs;
Compliance and Reporting administration:
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance;
Provide counseling on policies and procedures;
Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues;
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements;
Assist in customizing of HR procedures and policies, and ensure they are followed by employees and the clients;
Payroll administration:
Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
Maintain payroll records and manage payroll-related inquiries;
Monitor timekeeping systems and resolve discrepancies;
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in HR or related roles;
English Level – upper-intermediate or higher;
Strong knowledge of HR practices;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Working conditions:
Working hours: flexible, preferable 1 pm – 10 pm (Kyiv time);
Working mode – hybrid (2 days per week in the Lviv office)
15 days of PRO, 20 - after 2 years, 7 days of National Holidays and 3 sick leaves
