 We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.


The HR Assistant's duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Conduct initial orientation or onboarding to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to prepare candidate's profile and update our database
  • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Organize 1:1 meetings
  • Assist with company merch 
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
  • Participate in HR projects

  •  Assist in the performance review and appraisal procedures

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR assistant or completed courses in the HR field 
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
  • Familiarity with HRMS
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • English level - intermediate or higher
