Data Entry Specialist

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations. Due to an increase in inbound shipments, this role will focus primarily on accurate data entry and the creation of U.S. inbond shipments. As volumes continue to grow, this position will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter shipment data into internal systems

• Create and process U.S. inbond shipments in a timely manner

• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulations

• Review and verify shipment details to prevent errors or delays

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customs, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain organized records of shipments and transactions

• Support continuous improvement of data entry and processing workflows

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fi 5am - 2pm PST (is entitled to 1 hour break during the workday)

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding

• Understanding of freight forwarding processes and shipment documentation

• Familiarity with bonded cargo and U.S. inbond processing

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with large volumes of data under tight deadlines

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics systems

Nice to Have

• Experience working with U.S. customs or bonded shipments

• Knowledge of compliance requirements in international logistics

• Experience in high-volume operational environments
