At this point, Zelh is looking for an Power BI Developer role.

We are seeking a Power BI Developer for a 3–6 month temporary engagement, with the potential for extension. You’ll be part of a collaborative 3-person team, working to build interactive dashboards and insightful visualizations based on SQL data sources.

This is a remote position with flexible hours after the initial onboarding phase. The ideal candidate is an experienced BI developer who can hit the ground running and enjoys turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Collaborate with a small team to understand data needs and deliver user-centric solutions.

  • Extract and transform data from a SQL-based on-premise database connected to a cloud-based ERP/CRM system.

  • Ensure data accuracy, optimize report performance, and maintain documentation.

  • Optionally utilize Python for advanced data transformation or automation tasks.

  • Participate in regular team check-ins and provide progress updates.


    Working conditions:

  • Working schedule: Initial working hours are 8 AM – 5 PM EST, with the opportunity to transition to a more flexible schedule that includes overlap with EST mornings.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI development.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, data modeling, optimization).

  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

  • Familiarity with Power BI best practices for performance, visualization, and UX.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, remote teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Python knowledge is a strong plus.

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Procurement, or Planning domains is a plus, but not required.
