About client:

The logistics company with more than 10 years of experience in the USA. Every employee will receive proper training and all the tools that would give you a great opportunity to learn much more about the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and supporting logistics process;

  • Day-to-day communication with customers;

  • Working with data according to this field;

  • Taking part in calls from clients and vendors (big priority);

  • Providing great interpersonal and communication skills to all customers;

  • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned


Working conditions:

  • The schedule: Shifts 14:00-23:00 (Mon-Fr or Thur-Sun);

  • Young and friendly staff in a modern office close to a convenient road junction;

  • The company covers taxi expenses if you start/finish your shift in non-business hours;

Job requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred);

  • Communication, self-organization, and leadership skills;

  • Ability to work in a stress/paced environment;

  • Upper-Intermediate and upper English level is required;

  • Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player;

  • Ability to learn quickly.
