At this point, Zelh is looking for a Buyer to join our team.


The Buyer will be responsible for executing timely and accurate purchases to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials critical to production. This role focuses on placing and managing purchase orders (POs), monitoring supplier performance, and proactively addressing potential delays or supply chain disruptions. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in supplier communication and problem-solving.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Tactical Purchasing & Order Management: Place, track, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate purchase records and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Supply Continuity: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and adjust procurement strategies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate regularly with vendors to confirm order status, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential supply chain risks, escalating problems when necessary while implementing proactive solutions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all required documentation (Specifications, Certificates of Analysis, SDS, Packing Lists, etc.) is collected and maintained in compliance with internal quality and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including R&D, Quality, and Production—to align procurement activities with business needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records, generate reports on supplier performance, and provide data-driven insights to improve purchasing decisions.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate purchasing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.


Skills & Competencies:
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP/MRP systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.

Working conditions:

• Working schedule: 8-5pm EST.

• Competitive Salary in USD.

• 10 business days of paid time off, 15 - after 2 years, 7 days of Public Holidays, 3 sick leaves.
