At this point, Zelh is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative/Sales Representative to join the brokerage company. The primary focus of this role is to prospect, qualify leads, and pass valuable information to our internal sales team. This position is perfect for a motivated individual eager to learn and grow, with in-house training provided to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, gather essential data, and build comprehensive prospect profiles.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria and ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
  • Information Transfer: Accurately hand over qualified leads and gathered information to the inside sales team for further development.
  • Profile Development: Develop and maintain detailed profiles of prospects and manage information in the company's database.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach techniques and provide feedback on prospecting insights.


Job requirements

  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in logistics (brokerage) and a track record of success in prospecting and lead generation.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate in-house training and adapt to the company’s processes.

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm EST
