    Job description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AH Support Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and tracing (T&T) shipments, monitoring freight movement, and providing timely updates to customers and internal teams. You will serve as a key point of contact to ensure shipments are moving smoothly and any potential issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and update shipment statuses in real time across multiple systems.

    • Proactively track and trace freight movements to ensure timely delivery.

    • Communicate shipment updates to customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

    • Escalate any service delays or exceptions and follow up on resolutions.

    • Document all activities accurately in the system.

    • Support the team with administrative and operational logistics tasks as needed.

    Working conditions:

    • Working schedule:

      Tuesday to Saturday (15:00-00:00 EST) / 21:00 - 06:00 Belgrade time

    Job requirements

    • 1+ year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer support (preferred).

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with logistics platforms is a plus.

    • Reliable internet connection and remote working setup.
