Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented After-Hours Dispatcher to manage communication and coordination during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching service personnel, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations outside of regular business hours. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field personnel as needed.
Coordinate and track job assignments, ensuring timely responses.
Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams regarding service status.
Maintain accurate logs of all communications, dispatch activities, and service requests.
Troubleshoot and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and on-call staff.
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Working conditions:
Working schedule: 6 am-6 pm Sat - Sun

Job requirements
Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or call center operations preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (if remote).
Flexibility to work weekend shifts and occasional holiday coverage.
