At this point, Zelh is looking for a Dispatcher for our third-party logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.

  • Dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field personnel as needed.

  • Coordinate and track job assignments, ensuring timely responses.

  • Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams regarding service status.

  • Maintain accurate logs of all communications, dispatch activities, and service requests.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate urgent issues as necessary.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and on-call staff.

  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule:

    1. Monday night – Tuesday morning: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM EDT

    2. Tuesday night – Wednesday morning: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM EDT

  • Remote mode of work

Job requirements

  • Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or call center operations preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure.

  • Proficiency in dispatching software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (if remote).

  • Flexibility to work weekend shifts and occasional holiday coverage.
