At this point, Zelh is looking for an Accounting to join our team.

Job requirements

We are currently looking for a qualified accounting specialist for our new client - Digital accounting agency in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage client accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist in preparing interim and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss law (OR).

  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities.

  • Handle VAT returns, including preparation, submission, and annual reconciliations.

  • Manage payroll and personnel administration for clients.

  • Support mandate managers in serving a diverse customer base.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in fiduciary services or accounting.

  • Fluency in German (written & spoken) is a must.

  • Proficiency in various accounting software (please specify your experience in the application).

  • Strong knowledge of Swiss or European accounting principles is a plus.

Working conditions:

  • Location: Remote

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Swiss Time (Monday – Friday)

  • 15 days of PTO, 20 - after 2 years, 7 days of Public Holidays

  • Official employment (taxes on us)
