At this point, Zelh is looking for an Entry Level Accounting Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Process ALL emails and faxes (all faxes and emails must be processed within 1 hour of the receipt)
Keep Load Processing Spreadsheet updated at all times
Chase missing paperwork from carriers or factoring companies by emails or phone calls
Communicate with Problem Solvers or Accounting personnel on all paperwork issues
Chase Problem Solver (Broker) requests
Working conditions:
-Work schedule: Mon-Frid, 8 AM- 3 PM EST
-Competitive Salary in USD
-10+ business days of paid time off, 15 - after 2 years, 7 days of Public Holidays, 3 sick leaves
