At this point, Zelh is seeking a motivated and skilled Account Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, managing accounts, fostering relationships, and providing top-tier customer service daily. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver transportation solutions and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.

  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that arise.

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by understanding client needs and tailoring transportation solutions accordingly.

  • Sales and Negotiation: Utilize proven sales strategies and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

  • Organization and Time Management: Maintain accurate records, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.

Job requirements

  1. Proven skills in lead generation and account management in the US carrier company.

  2. 2-3 years' proven experience working in a Logistics Sales role or a logistics-related role.

  3. Proven book of business / book of customer is highly desired.

  4. Able to handle multiple modes of transportation (all modes considered).

  5. Strong communication abilities and a talent for building and maintaining relationships.

  6. Expertise in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.

  7. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

  8. Demonstrated success in sales with solid negotiation capabilities.

  9. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  10. Experience in logistics or transportation is a MUST, and drayage and expedited background is preferred.

  • Working schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm CST
