At this point, Zelh is looking for an Sales Manager for the logistics factoring company.

About the Role:
The Account (Sales) Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service while monitoring a granted portfolio from credit to collection of invoices purchased. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and thrive working independently but also contributing to the greater team mission. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the factoring process
Responsibilities:
• Monitor granted portfolio from credit to collection while maintaining a low error ratio.
• Make customer credit decisions within established guidelines and follow up with disputed factoring invoices.
• Maintain communication with granted clients via phone, email, and follow-up spreadsheets daily.
• Send paperwork requested by broker or carrier including invoices, payment status, fund delivery, and reports.
• Approve daily advances.
• Collaborate with inter-departments on issues that arise with your book of clients.
• Manage problem accounts or workouts as needed.
• Handle other duties as needed.
• Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring, and finance preferred.
